What is Feedback?

In the screen industries, where teams often come together quickly and work intensively on short-term projects, consistent feedback from an HOD or People Manager plays a vital role in maintaining a healthy and productive work environment. Clear, constructive feedback helps individuals understand expectations, build on their strengths, and address any issues early—before they escalate. It also reinforces a culture of openness and respect, where people feel seen, supported, and able to grow professionally.
